Send us your best photos that show WHY you enjoy the outdoors. Winners will receive a Mapdana of your choice and an LED ultra-light and have their photographs shown on the site.

When there are enough good photos submitted, there will be a "This is why . " calendar printed with the photos, descriptions, names and places that will be offered for sale. All the profit from the sale of the calendar will be split equally among the organizations that we support.

CONTEST RULES (Please Read Carefully):

1. Keep it clean. This is a family site and I am an old man who is easily shocked.
2. Photos should be in .jpg format.
3. Please include name, address, phone number, e-mail, photo location, date, description of photo, who, what , why, where, when, thoughts about that particular moment on the hike.
4. 2 Winners will be chosen each month.
5. Two entries per person per month. No more than two prizes per person per year.
6. Any size photo may be submitted. However, to be considered for inclusion in our "This is why . " fundraising calendar you must be able to provide us with a slide, transparency, negative or a very good quality 300 dpi 8.5" X 11" scan. We will contact you via e-mail if your image is selected and we require such materials. Slides, transparencies, negatives and disks will be returned only if they are submitted with a self addressed envelope containing sufficient postage.
7. Copyright of the image remains the property of the photographer. If your submission is selected as a finalist or winner, you agree to grant AntiGravityGear, LLC permissions and rights to use the image indefinitely on any page at AntiGravityGear.com, for our "This is why . " calendar and in any online advertising or printed materials promoting AntiGravityGear, LLC.
8. Must have sufficient permission of any recognizable persons appearing in the photograph to be able to grant to AntiGravityGear.com the right to display their photographic submission online or in printed material.
9. Winners will be notified via e-mail.
10. Owners of the photos used for the "This is why..." calendar will also receive a free calendar!
