Is it healthy oatmeal or a delicious breakfast pastry? It’s both! We’ve loaded up our oats with warm cinnamon and creamy soy milk, and topped it off with raisins and Omega-3-packed chia seeds. Cooks in an instant and packs the taste of homemade cinnamon rolls.

Instructions: Empty contents of package into separate bowl or mug. We suggest our 2 or 4-Cup Container Cozy. Boil about 4 ounces water (about 1/2 cups); combine boiling water with package contents. Allow to rehydrate for approximately 5 minutes. Alternatively, meals may be added to boiling water and cooked in your pot, with our Pot Cozy or Pot Cozy Kit.
